INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING WITH EXERCISE/SPORT BENEFIT VOUCHER
ePassi: You can purchase a 1-month fixed-term pass, a 1-week pass, a 10-visit pass, or single visits directly from our online store. Simply select ePassi as your payment method at checkout and follow the instructions.
THIS IS HOW YOU PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH EPASSi:
1. Log in to the ePassi application.
2. Search for PTVGYM + YOUR DESIRED LOCATION.
3. Make the payment with the exact amount you want. Ensure that the amount you pay matches the product's price. The payment must be made before the invoice due date!
4. Take a screenshot of the receipt.
5. Send a screenshot AND ALL of the following information to the gym’s email address. You can find the email address at the bottom of the gym’s information page on our website.
PLEASE NOTE! For Espoo, Pitäjänmäki, Roihupelto, Turku, Lahti, and Porvoo, all payment receipts and required information must be sent to toimisto@ptvgym.fi.

6. We will process it on your behalf and you will receive instructions via email. Please note that we process all transactions manually only on weekdays, and it can take 3-5 business days for the transaction to be completed.
Edenred is not available as a payment method at checkout in our online store.
If you would like to use your Edenred fitness benefit to pay for a 1-month fixed-term pass, a 1-week pass, a 10-visit pass, or a single visit, please make the payment through the Edenred app and follow the instructions below.
