Consumers have the right under consumer protection legislation to cancel a membership agreement made online within 14 days of entering into the agreement. The right of withdrawal applies to new memberships purchased through the Power Gym Kouvola online store. The withdrawal period begins on the date the agreement is concluded.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To cancel a membership agreement made online, complete the cancellation form on this page within 14 days of entering into the agreement.

You will receive confirmation by email that your cancellation request has been received without undue delay.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP ARE DIFFERENT

The right of withdrawal applies to the cancellation of a new agreement made online within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Termination of membership, on the other hand, means ending an active membership in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. Memberships should primarily be terminated through the Power Gym mobile app.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION?

Once the cancellation request has been received and processed, the membership agreement will be terminated, and any refunds required under consumer protection legislation will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
